We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. any products that are used will not be accepted unless a special exception approval is given by management. Any and all returns will have a minimum  of  20% restocking fee plus all shipping cost associated with the purchase. If a special request for returns is approved then additional restocking fees may apply. Kool PWC Stuff has the right to change these conditions at will without notice.
